How does the self-serve rental process work?

Our 24/7 self-serve system is simple: book online, then grab your gear. During booking, choose a pre-inflated board for instant lake access or a deflated, packed kit to inflate once you arrive.

What equipment is included with my rental?

Your rental includes a premium SUP, an adjustable paddle, and a mandatory Coast Guard-approved life jacket for your safety. During booking, choose either an inflated, lake-ready board or a deflated, packed board.

Do I need to sign a waiver ahead of time?

All visitors must submit a mobile safety waiver. You can do this at the pickup station or through your confirmation email. Choose a lake-ready or deflated board when booking.

What happens if I need assistance on-site?

We operate an unmanned station designed for quick gear access without the wait. Support details are listed on every equipment stand and in your confirmation. During booking, choose either an inflated, lake-ready board or a deflated, packed board.
